    Det Kongelige Bibliotek har brug for to højtsikkerhedsmontre til en ny permanent udstilling, med en maksimal totalværdi på 1.000.000 DKK ekskl. moms. Montrene skal leveres og installeres i januar 2027 i Den Sorte Diamant i København og skal være designet til at udstille skrøbelige genstande af høj værdi som dokumenter, tidsskrifter og breve. Udbuddet er opdelt i to faser: en udvælgelsesfase og en tilbudsfase. For at kvalificere sig skal ansøgere dokumentere erfaring med lignende leverancer ved at indsende minimum 3 referencer for levering af højtsikkerhedsmontre til et nationalt museum, nationalt bibliotek eller lignende offentlig eller privat institution inden for de seneste 6 år.

    About the bid

      The Royal Danish Library intends to procure two high-security museum tabletop display cases for a new permanent exhibition area. The display cases shall be designed to meet functional, structul and security requirements for museum display cases and be suitable to exhibit fragile high-value obejcts such as documents, journals and letters. The supplier shall as an integrated part of the contract deliver and install the display cases at the exhibition area at location of the Royal Danish Library, the Black Diamond building. The maximum price for the performance of the contract is DKK 1,000,000 excluding VAT. The display cases shall be manufactured by the December 31, 2026 at the latest, and delivered and installed in January 2027.Main features of the procedureThe proceudre is divided into two phases: a selection phase and a tendering phase. In the first phase (selection phase), interested economic operators are invited to submit an application to participate by using the application form provided by the contracting authority. The contracting authority will assess the applicants' compliance with the minimum requirements for participation and will select the applicants who will be invited to submit a tender. The application phase is further described in the application conditions. In order to be suitable to submit a request to participate, the applicant must demonstrate experience with tasks similar to the subject matter of this advertisement by submitting minimum 3 references for similar deliveries performed within the last 6 years. By a similar delivery shall be understood a delivery of a high security tabletop display case to a national museum, national library or similar public or private institution. The applicants are requested to submit the references in the application form provided by the contracting authority. If the number of the applicants fulfilling the suitability requirement exceeds 3, the contracting authority will select 3 candidates to submit tender based on the submitted references. The three applicants which has submitted the most relevant references will be selected. In the selection process it will be granted positive evaluation that the applicant's references in total are: - as similar to the procurement in question as possible, - are delivered to customers as similar to the Royal Danish Library as possible. In the second phase (the tendering phase), the selected applicants will be invited to submit a tender in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender conditions which will be provided to the selected candidates by the contracting authority.
