Woonhaven Antwerpen heeft een overeenkomst gesloten met BULK ARCHITECTEN voor de levering van architectuur- en infrastructuurdiensten in Arr. Antwerpen. De opdracht omvat een vervangbouw en infrastructuurwerken, die als één ondeelbaar geheel moeten worden uitgevoerd. De gunning is gebaseerd op de kwaliteit van ruimtelijke integratie (25%), integrale bouw- en woonkwaliteit (45%), prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (25%) en projectbeheer en coördinatie (5%). Er waren 15 inschrijvingen.
