Þjónustan felur í sér endurskoðun á úreltri hönnun (drög AACE stig 2), frágang á nauðsynlegum hönnunarbreytingum til að gefa út forhönnun (AACE stig 3), og undirbúning upplýsinga sem þarf til að ljúka umhverfismati (EIA) fyrir verkefnið.
