    • This tender procedure contains three lots. The goal of this Tender is, firstly, to enter into a contract with either one or two parties to cover LOT 1 and LOT 2 of the tender, providing suitable access and availability of the vessels to cover seasonal demands for CTVs in 2027 and optional following 4 years. Additionally, Vattenfall aims to enter into contract with up to 6 parties for LOT 3 FWA CTVs HR1 for provision of adhoc vessels to HR1 during FWA term of 5 years with 3 years extension option.

This notice is published on a voluntary basis in order to increase transparency and knowledge about the contracting entity’s purchases in EU tender procedures. This notice relates to the contracting entity’s project for the development, construction and operation of one offshore wind project in the Baltic Sea with a total potential capacity of up to 1.5 GW where Ørsted Wind Power A/S is representing the contracting entity in the entire tender procedure (‘Entity represented by Ørsted Wind Power A/S’), specifically to the tender for Walk to Work Accommodation Vessel. Ørsted Wind Power A/S will use the UNCE qualification system for procurement and expects to launch the tender via said qualification system in no earlier than week 47 commencing with 18.       Kystverket needs facilities and related services for manned model shiphandling training for the Norwegian Pilot Service, with a maximum total value of 23.88 million NOK over 3+1+1 years. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for Advanced Shiphandling, which includes training facilities, ship models, technical personnel, tugboat operators, accommodation, meals, and local transport (Kystverket will provide instructors); and Lot 2 for Introductory Shiphandling, which includes a complete course with training facilities, ship models, qualified instructors, accommodation, specified meals, and local transport. The services are to be delivered at the supplier's training facility, which may be located within Europe, subject to maximum travel-time requirements.
