      Description of the Procurement With this Request for Information (RFI), the HUS Group (hereinafter referred to as HUS) is initiating a market survey. The purpose of this preliminary notice is to identify suppliers operating in the field and to gather information about solutions available on the market. Details of the Subject: The aim of the survey is to find market alternatives for the following product: A corneal artificial endothelial layer, synthetic implant to treat corneal edema. Product should be attached to the back of the corneal surface, preventing the transfer of fluids into the cornea and inhibiting the buildup of fluid as edema. Performed via small incisions, the procedure should be minimally invasive, preventing further injury to fragile eye tissue and result in a high degree of implantation success. Product should be CE- approved and commercially available in Europe You may attach brochures to your response, if available. Registration for the market dialogue, product information, and contact details must be submitted no later than 23th February 2026 as attachments to the following email address: ropi.saari@hus.fi INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURE This notice contains the information available to the contracting authority at the time of its preparation. The Request for Information does not oblige the contracting authority to carry out an actual procurement. The decision to initiate a possible procurement procedure will be made separately. Neither the RFI nor the responses to it are binding on either party. Any costs incurred in responding to the RFI are the responsibility of the respondent. HUS will not pay compensation for responding to the RFI or for participating in the procurement procedure. Hankinnan kuvaus Tällä tietopyynnöllä HUS-yhtymä (jäljempänä HUS) käynnistää markkinakartoituksen. Tämän ennakkoilmoituksen tavoitteena on löytää alalla toimivia toimittajia, saada tietoa markkinoilla saatavilla olevista ratkaisuista. Kohteen tiedot: Kartoituksen kohteena on löytää markkinoilta vaihtoehtoja tuotteesta: Keinotekoinen sarveiskalvon endoteelikerros - synteettinen implantti, jota käytetään sarveiskalvon turvotuksen hoitoon parantamalla näköä ja palauttamalla sarveiskalvon toimintaa. Implantti kiinnittyy sarveiskalvon takaosaan ja estää nesteen siirtymistä sarveiskalvoon. Toimenpide tehdään pienten viiltojen kautta, ja se on vähäisesti kudosta kuormittava. Tuotteen tulee olla CE-merkitty ja kaupallisesti saatavilla Euroopassa. Vastauksenne yhteydessä voitte liittää mukaan esitteitä , mikäli niitä on saatavilla.
