    Ørsted salg og service A/S has cancelled a planned framework agreement for bi-annual ROV inspection services for their 24" and 30" offshore gas pipelines and 20" offshore oil pipeline, including subsea structures, risers, and spools, with an estimated maximum total value of 60 million DKK over 6 years. The services would have included IRM ROV inspection work, visual inspection, CP stabbing, cleaning of marine growth, and optionally removal of seabed objects, flooded member detection (FMD), FIGS pipeline and structure CP tasks, and other ROV tasks. The work required a DP2 ROV support vessel capable of operating safely in the North Sea area, approved and operated after Marine Operation Procedures (TotalEnergies, INEOS, and Ørsted), and equipped with WROV, OROV, and Mini ROV, as well as high-pressure subsea cleaning equipment.     About the bid

      Ørsted are planning for a new frame agreement with bi-annual ROV inspection with planned call-offs in 2027-2029-2031 optional 2033, but not limited to call-off in these specific years. The ROV IRM scope will be at the two Ørsted owned and operated 24” and 30” offshore gas pipelines including subsea structures, risers and spools and the 20” offshore oil pipeline. 2.3.5 Inspection services. Contractor shall perform inspections including but not limited to: IRM ROV inspection work according to Ørsted, inspections Sheets, Visual Inspection, CP stabbing, Cleaning of Marine Growth. And optional but not limited to scope for: Removal of seabed objects, Flooded member detection (FMD), FIGS pipeline and structure CP task, Other ROV task. Please note, that above scope is preliminary and a subject of change. The scope / tasks are not limited to above. The final scope will be defined in each call-off. Contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the procedures, specifications and re-quirements set out in Ørsted but not limited to this. In undertaking this work Contractor shall engineer his activities in such a way, that it will include all and any on- and offshore work required to perform the scope of work. Expected duration for execution including mobilization and demobilization per call-off is 5 – 10 days. Vessel and equipment: Vessel that can operate safely in the North Sea area, Operation and management of DP2 ROV support vessels, Vessel that can be approved an operated after Marine Operation Procedures (TotalEnergies, INEOS, and Ørsted), ROVS onboard: WROV, OROV and Mini ROV, High pressure subsea cleaning equipment.

      The Contracting Entity is seeking applications from suitably experienced inspection companies to carry out offshore, nearshore and onshore inspection surveys of two submarine gas transmission pipelines each approximately 200km long, Scotland to Ireland from shore to shore, and one spur and one umbilical approximately 11km long to the Isle of Man. The network cathodic protection is provided by means of sacrificial aluminium alloy half shell bracelet anodes. The network entire lengths are either trenched, or rockdumped in lieu of trenching. The inspection scope requires vessels equipped for visual inspection, acoustic examination, cathodic protection monitoring and the assessment of the disposition of the pipeline relative to the seabed. There is also a requirement for a capability for conducting intervention tasks involving the removal of seabed debris and/or freespan rectification and maintenance capability for a subsea tee in approximately 30 metres water depth. There is a further requirement for a capability to mobilise an offshore diving spread to conduct subsea intervention tasks using divers. There will also be a requirement to mobilise at short notice for unplanned debris surveys of the pipelines as required.
