Electricity Supply Board (ESB) has entered into a framework agreement with Apleona, Sodexo, and LMC FM Ltd for the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services across three lots: Soft Services (Cleaning, Landscaping, Waste Management, Man guarding), Hard Services (Technical PPM’s, Reactive, Remedial), and Small Works (Construction, M&E, Fabric, Security upgrades/replacements, Fire System upgrades/replacements). The maximum total contract value is 120,000,000 EUR. Four bids were received for this contract.
