    Brief

    The Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) is planning the procurement of services for training and networking staff from SoHO Competent Authorities to strengthen oversight in the field of Substances of Human Origin (SoHO). The procurement aims to standardize competences of inspectors, vigilance officers, and assessors across the EU, and to build a network facilitating joint inspections and peer audits. This will be a framework agreement with an estimated maximum total value of 4,000,000 EUR over 4 years.

    • The subject of this call for tenders is “Implementation of the new SoHO Regulation: training and networking of SoHO Competent Authorities’ staff for oversight”. The training activities are addressed in particular to inspectors, vigilance officers and preparation process assessors, for strengthening the implementation of oversight in the field of Substances of Human Origin (SoHO) in the EU Member States, EFTA countries and candidate countries. The expected results aim at increasing and standardising the competences of inspectors, vigilance officers and assessors in this sector across the EU as well as building a network of junior and senior competent authority staff, facilitating possible joint inspections, joint assessment of preparation processes and peer audits among Member States, and reinforcing trust between them to facilitate the exchange of SoHO.

Dit omvat face-to-face workshops voor medewerkers van bevoegde autoriteiten in EU-lidstaten en kandidaat-landen, en ondersteuning van materiedeskundigen voor de ontwikkeling van BTSF e-learningcursussen. De maximale totale contractwaarde bedraagt 5.050.000 EUR over een periode van 60 maanden. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (80%) en prijs (20%).
