    Brief

    Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı, Avrupa Birliği ve Dış İlişkiler Genel Müdürlüğü, deniz izleme ve raporlama uygulamalarını iyileştirmek amacıyla NIRAS IC SP ZOO ile 760.000 Avro değerinde bir hizmet sözleşmesi imzalamıştır. Sözleşme, Türkiye'deki yetkili makamların ulusal deniz izleme programının etkin bir şekilde uygulanması için kurumsal kapasitelerini artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu kapsamda, ekosistem yaklaşımına dayalı deniz izleme programlarının raporlanması ve çevrimiçi deniz izleme verilerinin yönetimi ve değerlendirilmesi konularında teknik kapasite geliştirilecektir. Sözleşme 12 ay sürecektir. İhaleye 7 teklif sunulmuştur.

    From the notice

    • To increase the institutional capacity of the competent authorities for effective implementation of the national marine monitoring programme in line with MSFD and RSCs in Türkiye. Technical Assistance will be given to develop technical capacity on ecosystem approach-based reporting of marine monitoring programs and on data management and assessment of online marine monitoring. Comprehensive guidelines on data aggregation and assessment methodologies for online marine monitoring, and guidebook on ecosystem-based approach reporting of marine monitoring data will be prepared.
