Assessed with regard to the relevance, specificity and feasibility of the measures proposed to reduce the environmental footprint of the services throughout contract implementation. The assessment will consider, in particular: measures to limit and optimise international and domestic travel, including the use of remote working arrangements and lower-carbon transport options where appropriate; the sustainable organisation of meetings, workshops and field activities; the reduction of paper, energy and resource consumption; the environmentally responsible production and dissemination of deliverables; and the proposed arrangements for monitoring and reporting on the implementation and results of these measures. The proposed measures must be directly related and proportionate to the subject matter and conditions of performance of the contract.
