    The Chamber of Commerce of Serres needs the supply and installation of intelligent applications and actions for the creation of the Model Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strengthening Digital Skills of its members and businesses, including STEM and educational robotics, a space for developing digital and professional skills, digital giant screens, smart energy management, and telecommunication equipment. The contract also includes maintenance and support services for a minimum of two years, with a total estimated value of €564,516.00 excluding VAT, over a duration of 12 months. The services are to be delivered in Serres, Greece. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, considering the best quality-price ratio.

    About the bid

      The object of the contract is the supply and installation of the following solutions in the context of the project entitled "Intelligent applications and actions for the creation of the Model Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Digital Skills Enhancement of the members and businesses of the Chamber of Serres". • Action 1. STEM and educational robotics • Action 2. Space for developing digital and professional skills – Room for work cells • Action 3. Digital giant screens for the Chamber's exhibition spaces and entrances • Action 4. Smart energy management of buildings • Action 5. Telecommunication equipment and wireless internet access system (WiFi Access Point) In addition to supply, the scope of the contract includes maintenance and support services for the Good Operation Guarantee Period, which is defined as a minimum of two (2) years. The estimated value of the contract amounts to €564,516.00 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: €699,999.84, VAT 24% €135,483.84) The duration of the contract is set at twelve (12) months. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best quality-price ratio.
