Brief
Het Ministère de la Défense in België heeft een aanbesteding uitgeschreven voor de levering van nachtkijkers (NVG's) en gerelateerde accessoires ten behoeve van de A400M-bemanningen. De aanbesteding betreft de levering van goederen. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (60%) en kwaliteit (40%). Potentiële leveranciers moeten een lijst indienen van de belangrijkste leveringen van NVG's die geschikt zijn voor zowel vastevleugel- als draaivleugelvliegtuigen, uitgevoerd in de afgelopen vijf jaar. Er wordt verwacht dat de leverancier in totaal ten minste 60 NVG's heeft geleverd, verdeeld over drie leveringen van elk minimaal 20 NVG's, met een totale waarde van elk minimaal 300.000,00 EUR exclusief btw.

Qualification requirements
Description
The potential supplier shall submit a list of the most important supplies carried out over the last five years, stating the sums, dates and recipients (public or private) involved. The candidate must demonstrate its technical capability by means of a list of the main supplies related to the subject of the contract (NVGs developed for use on fixed-wing aircraft as well as on rotary-wing helicopters), carried out during the past five years (reference date = publication date), indicating the amount, the date, and the public or private entities to which they were delivered. It is expected that the company has delivered at least 60 NVGs (in total) over the past five years, divided into three deliveries of at least 20 NVGs each, each with a total value equivalent to 300.000,00 EUR excl. VAT.
Documentation Requirement
Proof of supplies must be provided by means of certificates issued or countersigned by the competent authority or, in the case of supplies to a private customer, by means of certificates issued by the customer or, in the absence of such certificates, simply by means of a statement from the supplier.
