Tenderers may submit a tender for any one lot or for several lots, at their discretion. Accordingly, a tenderer may choose to participate in one or more lots of the procurement.Main features of the procedureThe contracting authority reserves the right to suspend the procurement at any stage prior to the signing of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Public Contracts and Concessions (1397/2016). If none of the tenders received corresponds to the invitation to tender as required by the contracting entity or if the circumstances during the invitation to tender become such that the contracting entity cannot take advantage of the results of the invitation to tender, the contracting entity may suspend the procurement procedure in whole or in part.
