    OPH Rives de Seine Habitat recherche, pour un contrat de services de 4 ans d’une valeur maximale totale de 260 000 euros, une prestation d’externalisation de la fonction de responsable de la sécurité des systèmes d’information (RSSI), à réaliser dans les Hauts-de-Seine. La mission couvre la gouvernance de la sécurité des systèmes d’information, la conformité réglementaire, la sécurité opérationnelle et la gestion des incidents, la sensibilisation des utilisateurs, le suivi des audits et tests de sécurité, ainsi que le pilotage, le reporting et les instances de gouvernance. La qualification Passi délivrée par l’Anssi — détenue par le candidat, un membre du groupement ou un sous-traitant — ou une preuve équivalente est requise pour les audits et tests d’intrusion. L’évaluation porte sur la valeur technique (60 %), la performance environnementale et la RSE (35 %) et le prix des prestations (5 %). Les candidatures doivent notamment documenter des références pertinentes des trois dernières années, en particulier en RSSI externalisé ou en pilotage de la sécurité des systèmes d’information.
