    Education Procurement Service (EPS) has entered into an agreement with Smurfit Westrock Security Concepts for the provision, production, and postage of student card services for the University of Limerick. The services will be delivered in the South-West and Mid-West regions of Ireland over a period of 60 months, with a final contract value of 275,000 EUR. The procurement required a suitably qualified and experienced partner to source compatible student cards, enable secure and GDPR-approved data transfer, produce, print, and encode student cards according to UL requirements, post cards to students, provide a secure reporting mechanism, offer a responsive service, and supply batches of blank cards to UL on request.
