A Nemzeti Szakképzési és Felnőttképzési Hivatal törölte a képzési célú validálásra vonatkozó szolgáltatásbeszerzési eljárást, mivel minden ajánlatot, részvételi kérelmet vagy projektet visszavontak vagy elfogadhatatlannak találtak. A beszerzés célja a nemformális és informális úton megszerzett tanulási eredmények mérésére és értékelésére alkalmas mérőeszköz csomagok fejlesztése volt Budapesten, 276 napos időtartamra. Az értékelés során az ár 70%-os súllyal, míg a szakemberek 36 hónapon felüli többlet szakmai tapasztalata (M2.1)/1, (M2.1)/2 és (M2.2) alkalmassági követelményekre bemutatott szakemberek esetében egyenként 10%-os súllyal bírt.

Description
The tenderer is unsuitable if the total turnover, calculated without value added tax, for the three closed business years preceding the publication of the call for tenders, does not reach at least net 400,000,000 HUF. According to Section 65 (6) of the Public Procurement Act, joint tenderers may also jointly meet the prescribed suitability requirements.
Documentation Requirement
A statement on the total turnover, calculated without value added tax, for the three closed business years preceding the publication of the call for tenders, depending on when the tenderer was established or started its activity, if these data are available. If the tenderer does not have the above document because it operates in a legal form for which the submission of a turnover statement is not possible, it may prove its financial and economic suitability with any other statement or document deemed appropriate by the contracting authority instead of the suitability requirement and method of proof prescribed in connection with these points. The affected tenderer must substantiate during the request for additional information that it operates in a legal form for which the submission of a turnover statement is not possible and request information on the method of proving suitability accepted by the contracting authority instead of the suitability requirement and method of proof prescribed in connection with these points, according to Section 19 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 19 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). In Part IV α: General indication of all selection criteria section of the form, it is sufficient to declare compliance with the suitability conditions. Subsequent proof of suitability requirements is carried out according to Section 69 (4) of the Public Procurement Act. Data not available in Forint must be provided in the original currency. When converting from foreign currency to Forint, the tenderer must use the official (MNB) exchange rate valid on the balance sheet date according to the accounting regulations of the given year. For amounts not specified in Hungarian Forint, the document containing the conversion must be attached directly behind the document in question.
