Description
The tenderer's turnover from the subject of the public procurement, calculated without VAT, for the last three closed business years preceding the date of dispatch of the call for tenders, must have reached a total of 200,000,000 HUF. If the tenderer (economic operator) started its activity later, the net turnover for the business years since the start of its activity must reach the amount specified by the contracting authority in the previous paragraph.
Documentation Requirement
A simple declaration of turnover from the subject of the public procurement, calculated without VAT, for the last three closed business years preceding the date of dispatch of the call for tenders, depending on when the tenderer was established or started its activity, if these data are available. If the tenderer does not have the document according to point P/1 because it operates in a legal form for which it is not possible to submit a declaration of turnover, it may prove its financial and economic suitability with any other declaration or document deemed appropriate by the contracting authority instead of the suitability requirement and method of proof prescribed in connection with this point. The tenderer concerned must substantiate during the request for additional information that it operates in a legal form for which it is not possible to submit a declaration of turnover and request information on the method of proving suitability accepted by the contracting authority instead of the suitability requirement and method of proof prescribed in connection with this point. For the P/1 suitability requirement, it is sufficient if one of the joint tenderers meets it.
