Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) needs four laboratory-scale continuously stirred tank bioreactors for research into anaerobic digestion and biogas production, with a maximum total contract value of €96,000. The reactors must support semi-continuous operation, with manual feeding and digestate removal without opening the reactor or interrupting the process, and include adjustable stirring and stable temperature control.   • Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is requesting offers from suppliers for the procurement of laboratory scale biogas reactors. The procurement target is laboratory-scale continuously stirred tank reactors (CSTRs) for research purposes. Reactors must be suitable for studying process performance, especially the methane production and digestate quality, of anaerobic digestion of various types of biomass: slurries, sludges, manures, and also drier materials (plant biomass, food waste, etc.) as a co-feedstock. Equipment is needed for semi-continuous operation with manual feeding and digestate removal possible without opening the reactor or interrupting the process. Reactors must be equipped with adjustable stirring and temperature control; the heating mechanism must ensure a stable temperature. The requirement is for four (4) CSTR units.Main features of the procedureThe procurement is carried out through an open procedure. Tenderers are not entitled to have any compensation for the preparation of tenders.

    Luonnonvarakeskus hankkii Maaningan tutkimusnavetalle lämpökäsittelyyn perustuvan kuivajakeen hygienisointilaitteiston, jonka kapasiteetin tulee soveltua noin 100 parren navettaan. Laite sijoitetaan nykytiloihin noin 18 m²:n alueelle separointilaitteen alle, ja kuivajakeen on siirryttävä laitteeseen suoraan separaattorilta. Sen tulee kuumentaa materiaali yli 70 °C:seen vähintään tunniksi, ja toimittajan on osoitettava menetelmän teho patogeenien vähentämisessä tai poistamisessa. Laitteistossa tarvitaan hygienisoidun materiaalin lastaus- ja varastointimahdollisuus, tutkimuskäyttöön soveltuva siirrettävyys ja muokattavuus, näytteenotto- ja mittausmahdollisuudet sekä etäseuranta ja automatisoitu prosessitietojen tallennus. Toimituskohde on Maaninka, Pohjois-Savo. Tarjoukset vertaillaan halvimman kokonaishinnan perusteella.
