    ELIA Group heeft een raamovereenkomst gesloten met Better Minds at Work BV en Unicorn NV voor de levering van diensten met betrekking tot leiderschapstrainingen. De diensten omvatten het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van een strategie om het leiderschapsmodel van de Elia Group verder te implementeren, rekening houdend met bestaande ontwikkelingsinitiatieven bij 50Hertz en Elia.     • Design and execute a strategy to further implement our leadership model in Elia Group, considering existing development initiatives at 50Hertz and Elia. We want to have stronger impact in our actions based on the competencies of our Leadership Model. We want to anchor the Elia Leadership Model more within the organization and reach the targeted group better with more customized communication.
