Brief
Banedanmark har annulleret udbuddet vedrørende leje af højhastighedstog til test på 275 km/t på grund af manglende finansiering. Udbuddet omhandlede tjenester relateret til ENE TSI dynamisk testkørsel af køreledningssystemer med én strømaftager ved hastigheder op til 200 km/t over en periode på 8 måneder. Der var specifikke krav til erfaring med tekniske tjenester inden for design og/eller test af køreledningssystemer, der kan håndtere hastigheder på mindst 275 km/t, samt erfaring med teknisk ansvar for ENE TSI dynamiske verifikationstests. Derudover blev der lagt vægt på erfaring fra tidligere testkørsler for nøglepersonale.

-Experience with technical services concerning design and/or test of overhead contact line systems including systems which can accommodate speeds of at least 275 km/h -Experience with technical responsibility for ENE TSI dynamic verification tests For the “Substitute to Test Manager” it is positively weighted if the Substitute documents more experience than what is required in the minimum requirements with the following: -Experience with technical services concerning design and/or test of overhead contact line systems including systems which can accommodate speeds of at least 200 km/h -Experience with participation in ENE TSI dynamic verification tests Banedanmarks evaluation is based on the technical CVs for the Test Manager and the Substitute to the Test Manager Emphasis is placed on experience from previous test runs.
