Brief

WarmteStad BV heeft een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van afleversets nodig voor een periode van 2 jaar, met een maximale totale waarde van 40,5 miljoen euro. De opdracht is verdeeld in drie percelen: afleversets warmtenet smalle uitvoering, afleversets warmtenet brede uitvoering en afleversets WKO. De levering omvat ook reserveonderdelen, trainingen voor monteurs en ondersteuning bij storingen. De afleversets moeten geleverd worden in Delfzijl en omgeving, Oost-Groningen en overig Groningen. De gunningscriteria zijn onderverdeeld per perceel en omvatten wensen, leverbetrouwbaarheid & servicebaarheid, draadloos op afstand uitlezen, training & ondersteuning, duurzaamheid en inschrijfprijs.

  • De Opdracht betreft het leveren van afleversets. De Opdracht is verdeeld in drie percelen, te weten: afleversets warmtenet smalle uitvoering, afleversets warmtenet brede uitvoering en afleversets WKO. De scope van de Opdracht bestaat op hoofdlijnen uit: • Het leveren van afleversets voor het betreffende Perceel; • Het leveren van reserveonderdelen voor de afleversets van het betreffende Perceel; • Het geven van trainingen aan monteurs van Opdrachtgever met betrekking tot afleversets van het betreffende Perceel; • Het bieden van ondersteuning (bijvoorbeeld bij het oplossen van storingen) met betrekking tot afleversets van het betreffende Perceel. De eisen waaraan de afleversets dienen te voldoen zijn beschreven in de Bijlage Programma van Eisen Perceel 1 / Perceel 2 / Perceel 3. In paragraaf 1.2.4 Aanbestedingsleidraad zijn de geschatte aantallen per jaar per Perceel opgenomen.
