    ATOMIUM VZW heeft een volledige ticketingoplossing en een online betalingsoplossing nodig voor het Atomium en het Design Museum Brussels, inclusief levering, installatie, operationele ingebruikname, onderhoud, technische ondersteuning en personeelstraining. Het contract heeft een looptijd van 10 jaar. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (40%), functionaliteiten en kwaliteit van het platform (40%), SLA (10%) en methodologie en implementatietiming (10%).

    • Le présent marché concerne la fourniture, l’installation, la mise en fonctionnement opérationnel, la maintenance et le support technique d’un logiciel de billetterie/réservation/statistiques pour le compte de l’Atomium et du Design Museum Brussels, ainsi que la formation du personnel concerné. L’objectif est donc de se doter d’un nouveau logiciel de billetterie/de réservation/de statistiques répondant aux besoins actuels pour les ventes en ligne et sur place. Le marché inclut également un système de paiement en ligne (PSP).

      VIB vzw heeft diensten nodig voor het strategisch ontwerp, de implementatie, migratie en ondersteuning van een nieuw VIB-webplatform voor een periode van 5 jaar. De diensten moeten geleverd worden in Arr. Gent. Het platform is cruciaal voor de externe positionering van VIB en ondersteunt diverse doelgroepen, waaronder onderzoekers, industriële partners en het brede publiek. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (90%, verdeeld over visie en aanpak, UX/Design/Content, technische oplossing, team en samenwerking, en planning en uitvoering) en prijs (10%). Kandidaten moeten minimaal drie referentieprojecten kunnen voorleggen van de afgelopen vijf jaar met ervaring in complexe Drupal-projecten (voorkeur voor projecten met meer dan 1.000 pagina's content, meerdere gebruikersgroepen, complexe informatiearchitecturen en multisite-omgevingen).
