Het maakt een vergelijking van kredietrisico's mogelijk tussen bedrijven die in verschillende landen geregistreerd zijn.       SCK CEN Stichting van Openbaar Nut needs a liquid scintillation counter and related supply services under a 4-year framework agreement, with a maximum total value of €600,000 excluding VAT, for delivery in the Arrondissement of Turnhout, Belgium. The agreement may appoint up to two contractors: the initial inventory will be ordered from the highest-ranked tenderer, while subsequent orders will be awarded through mini-competitions among the contractors capable of fulfilling each requirement.
