Description
The DUME, by which the economic operator declares that it is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17 June 2016. Article 70 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement applies. For the exclusion grounds referred to in Article 67 of the law, the candidate or tenderer spontaneously indicates whether it has taken the corrective measures referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 70 at the beginning of the procedure.
