    Головне управління Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій в Івано-Франківській області потребує закупівлі 13 легких спеціалізованих транспортних засобів для забезпечення безпеки в регіоні в рамках проєкту "ProAll - Prometheus Alliance - Спільне реагування у разі пожеж, пожеж у важкодоступних районах та пошуково-рятувальних операцій" за програмою Interreg NEXT Румунія–Україна 2021–2027. Максимальна загальна вартість контракту становить 21 819 141,93 гривень. Ці транспортні засоби призначені для швидкого прибуття рятувальників на місце події для розвідки, координації сил та засобів, управління ресурсами під час реагування на надзвичайні ситуації, профілактичних заходів, а також участі у спільних транскордонних діях та проєктних тренінгах. Контракт буде укладено на основі найнижчої ціни. Учасник повинен надати заяву у довільній формі, що підтверджує позитивний досвід виконання контракту, пов'язаного із зазначеними поставками, укладеного не раніше 2022 року.

    About the bid

      The procurement involves the purchase of 13 light specialized vehicles to ensure security in the region. These vehicles will ensure rapid arrival of officers-rescuers at the scene for reconnaissance, coordination of forces and means, management of resources during emergency response, preventive measures, as well as participation in joint cross-border actions and project trainings. This equipment is absolutely necessary to reduce response time in emergency situations and to expand the geographical coverage of response actions.Main features of the procedureThe procurement is conducted as an open procedure in accordance with the applicable national legislation of Ukraine. The procedure is carried out electronically via the Prozorro public procurement system. All interested economic operators may submit a tender. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
