De voorliggende overheidsopdracht heeft tot doel een ontwerpteam aan te stellen voor de realisatie van een gefaseerde architectuur- en infrastructuuropdracht voor de herontwikkeling van een bestaande woonwijk voortbouwend op de ambities en principes van het goedgekeurde masterplan. Het ontwerp betreft de volledige infrastructuur van Kasteelplein met de drie woonhoven en de twee groene vingers en de architectuur van circa 142 woningen / appartementen. Het betreft een gefaseerde uitvoering in elkaar opvolgende bouw- en sloopfasen.
