Der Bieter muss während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit über einen aktiven Partnerstatus des Herstellers OutSystems verfügen und mindestens als "Authorized Delivery Partner" gelistet sein. Des Weiteren ist eine Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Mindestdeckung von 1.000.000 EUR für Sach- und Personenschäden sowie 500.000 EUR für Vermögensschäden pro Fall erforderlich.
