TODIS (Transport Observatory Database/Information System) is a regional transport information system developed by the Transport Community to collect, manage and analyse transport data across the Western Balkans. It supports monitoring of transport infrastructure, performance indicators and progress towards EU transport standards and requirements.

      The Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community needs a service contract for a study on the availability, quality, and EU compliance of TEN-T Rest Areas and Safe and Secure Truck Parking Areas in the Western Balkans, with a maximum total value of 150,000 EUR. The study will review the transposition of the TEN-T Regulation 1679/2024, assess current infrastructure, identify gaps, evaluate future demand, and provide policy, technical, and investment recommendations for upgrades, supporting alignment with TEN-T requirements and enhancing road transport efficiency and safety.
