    • The Finnish Border Guard (later Contracting authority, Buyer) requests tenders for AS332/H215 and AgustaBell/Bell 412 emergency floats maintenance services in accordance with the terms of this Call for Tenders and its appendices. The procurement is divided into four (4) lots. 1) AS332/H215 Emergency floats scheduled one (1), five (5) and eight (8) year inspections 2) AS332/H215 Emergency floats ten-year overhaul and annual inspections up to 13 years. 3) AS332/H215 Emergency floats balloons (AFT and FWD) 4) AgustaBell 412/Bell 412 emergency floats inspections Each of the lots has unforeseen and unscheduled repair services during the contract period as an option. Lots 1 and 2 also have separate options which are described in further detail under the respective lots.Main features of the procedureThe contract will be awarded through an open procedure and is subject to Finland’s Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). The contract value is estimated to exceed EU threshold value. A contract notice has been published in the Finnish contract notice portal HILMA and in the Official Journal of the European Union, Tenders Electronic Daily (TED). The evaluation and comparison of the tenders will progress in the following three steps: 1. Evaluation of the suitability of the tenderers 2. Verification that the tenders fulfill the requirements of the Call for Tenders 3. Comparison of tenders that fulfill the requirements of the Call for Tenders. Following the comparison of the tenders, the Contracting Authority will proceed with the following steps: 4) The contract award decision 5) Verification that the selected tenderer meets the set suitability criteria 6) Procurement contract The Contracting Authority may wholly or partially cancel the procurement procedure for a justified reason. The word SHALL in this Call for tenders expresses a mandatory requirement of the specification. Deviation from such a requirement is not permitted.

      La Jefatura de Asuntos Económicos de la Guardia Civil necesita servicios de mantenimiento programado y correctivo para las plantas propulsoras CATERPILLAR, grupos electrógenos STAMEGNA y CATERPILLAR, acoplamientos elásticos, reductores REINTJES y ejes cardan instalados en las embarcaciones del Servicio Marítimo de la Guardia Civil. El contrato tendrá una duración de 24 meses, con un valor máximo total de 4.600.000 EUR, y los servicios se entregarán en Madrid. El objetivo es evitar perjuicios graves al servicio por inoperatividad de las embarcaciones y mantener la imagen institucional del Cuerpo.
