24/021 - Provision of Statutory Inspections, Maintenance and Repair to Uisce Éireann

The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualification System for the provision of services associated with Statutory Inspections, Maintenance and Repair (incl. Replacement) to Uisce Éireann (UÉ) as required under applicable Irish and European law. Statutory Inspections, Maintenance and Repair will be carried out at UÉ’s water and wastewater sites nationwide. It’s envisaged the activity procured under this Qualification System (QS) will be managed through UÉ’s asset management system (Maximo) or alternative system as nominated by UÉ.

Uisce Éireann needs general building and civil engineering maintenance and repair works, including emergency and urgent reactive civil engineering repair and maintenance works for drinking water and wastewater networks and ancillary structures, non-reactive civil engineering repair and maintenance works for drinking water and wastewater networks and ancillary structures, non-reactive civil engineering repair and maintenance works and services associated with reservoirs, dams, tanks, pump stations, treatment works and buildings, non-reactive repair and maintenance works and services for general groundworks, including vegetation removal, site clearance works, tree felling and boundary fencing, non-reactive repair and maintenance works associated with permanent and temporary road and other surface reinstatements, and leak detection surveys.

A Edia - Empresa de Desenvolvimento e Infra-Estruturas do Alqueva, SA necessita de serviços de monitorização dos recursos hídricos superficiais da rede secundária de rega do EFMA, com uma duração de 915 dias e um valor máximo total de 415.000 EUR. Os serviços visam a realização de campanhas de amostragem, análises laboratoriais e outras ações de monitorização para avaliar o estado físico-químico e ecológico das massas de água superficiais na área de influência dos blocos de rega inseridos no Empreendimento de Fins Múltiplos de Alqueva (EFMA), na região do Baixo Alentejo. A MONITAR - Engenharia do Ambiente, Lda. tem um contrato semelhante hoje. Os critérios de adjudicação são Preço (60%) e Qualidade (40%).
