Qualification requirements
Description
Equity from the latest annual report - at the stated submission date for prequalification - must be positive.
Documentation Requirement
The applicant must confirm the economic ability in the ESPD part IV.B: “Economic and financial standing” with information from the latest annual report regarding the following economic indicators: i) Equity (total equity incl. share capital, reserves, revaluation, retained earning etc.).
Source
No source found in the documents. Check the requirement against the tender documents.
Description
The applicant may include the up to 6 most comparable and relevant references undertaken in the past 3 years as part of the application. References must not be more than 3 years old when counting backwards from the stated submission date for prequalification and until the date of hand-over to customer after commissioning. References which have not yet been fully completed can be included as part of the application, but if this is the case, the applicant must describe the parts which have not yet been delivered, and this may affect the evaluation of the applicant, cf. section 5.1.9 “Selection of candidates”. The references should include: Detailed description of the services and deliverables, Type of steam turbine, Size of turbine (in MW), Services and goods delivered (if not completed, describe what is missing), The applicant's role in the overhaul, Start and end date (hand-over to customer after commissioning) of the project/services, Name and contact information for the client/costumer. Any ambiguities and/or incomprehensibilities concerning the above information may have a negative effect on the selection of candidates, cf. section 5.1.9 “Selection of candidates”. The number of references should not surpass a maximum of the 6 most comparable and relevant references as chosen by the applicant. If the applicant is relying on the capacity of one or more other entities (e.g. a parent or sister company or a subcontractor) or the application is from a group of economic operators (e.g. a consortium) the maximum number of references to be submitted must still be respected and cannot exceed 6 when combined. If more than 6 references are submitted, the Contracting Authority will only consider the 6 most recent references determined by the date of hand-over to customer after commissioning (in this case not yet finished references will not be included unless the number of completed references is below 6, in which case the Contracting Authority will include the references which have been initiated earliest until 6 references is reached).
Documentation Requirement
The references should be stated in either the ESPD part IV.C: “Technical and professional ability” or in “Prequalification Sheet, Annex E”.

No source found in the documents. Check the requirement against the tender documents.
Description
As part of the up to 6 references submitted at least 2 of these must concern the project manager role (overall responsibility during planning and project execution) and the supply of all needed manpower and spare parts for a completed major overhaul for a steam turbine of 8-50 MW size within the last 3 years (hand-over to customer after commissioning within the last 3 years).
Documentation Requirement
No specific documentation description provided, but it is part of the references documentation.

Any ambiguities and/or incomprehensibilities concerning the above information may have a negative effect on the selection of candidates, cf. section 5.1.9 “Selection of candidates”.
Documentation Requirement
The description should be stated in either the ESPD part IV.C: “Technical and professional ability” or in “Prequalification Sheet, Annex E”.
