Brief

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service has entered into an agreement with Enerj Building Services Engineering and Building Performance for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Engineering Design and Climate Action Consultancy Services across the IBTS estate. The services include full lifecycle building services design, energy optimisation, decarbonisation strategy development, technical specifications, tender documentation, procurement support, construction stage inspections, commissioning and validation oversight, performance verification, SI 426 energy audit updates, asset lifecycle planning, capital planning support, governance, reporting and associated consultancy services in live GMP-controlled healthcare environments. The contract has a duration of 5 years and a final value of 860 €. Four bids were received for this contract.
