Het te financieren geschil betreft een schadeclaim die voortvloeit uit een besluit van de Belgische Mededingingsautoriteit van 2 juli 2024, waarin Securitas, G4S en Seris zijn veroordeeld tot het betalen van boetes wegens deelname aan een kartel in de particuliere beveiligingssector in de periode 2008-2020.

Le litige à financer dans le cadre du présent marché consiste en une demande de dommages et intérêts découlant de la décision de l’Autorité belge de la concurrence du 2 juillet 2024, condamnant Securitas, G4S et Seris au paiement d’amendes, pour sanctionner leur participation à une entente dans le secteur de la sécurité privée sur la période 2008-2020.
