    De SPF Sécurité Sociale heeft diensten nodig voor correctief en evolutief onderhoud, transitie, RUN-ondersteuning en applicatiebeheer voor de TRIA-applicatie, voor een periode van 6 jaar. De diensten omvatten softwareonderhoud, applicatieondersteuning, afhandeling van serviceaanvragen, technische en architecturale ondersteuning, incident- en probleembeheer (2e en 3e lijns support), versiebeheer, kennisoverdracht, transitie van ontwikkeling naar operationele fase (RUN) en applicatiebeheer en -governance. De diensten moeten geleverd worden in Arr. de Bruxelles-Capitale/Arr. Brussel-Hoofdstad.

    • MARCHÉ PUBLIC DE SERVICES PORTANT SUR LA MAINTENANCE CORRECTIVE, LA MAINTENANCE ÉVOLUTIVE, LA TRANSITION, L'ASSISTANCE À L'EXPLOITATION ET LA GESTION DES APPLICATIONS POUR L'APPLICATION TRIA (-DGHAN-). e marché porte sur la prestation de services dans les domaines suivants : maintenance corrective des logiciels ; maintenance évolutive des logiciels – y compris la modernisation technologique ; assistance applicative ; traitement des demandes de service (« service requests ») ; assistance technique et architecturale ; gestion des incidents et des problèmes (« support de 2e et 3e niveau ») ; la gestion des versions ; le transfert de connaissances ; la transition d'une phase de développement vers l'exploitation opérationnelle (RUN) ; la gestion et la gouvernance des applications.
