Het Nationaal Instituut voor Ziekte- en Invaliditeitsverzekering (INAMI) heeft de aanbesteding voor de levering van APPIAN-softwarelicenties en IT-diensten geannuleerd, omdat er geen offertes, verzoeken tot deelname of projecten zijn ontvangen. De aanbesteding had betrekking op de levering van APPIAN-softwarelicenties, reguliere IT-consultancydiensten en gespecialiseerde IT-noodondersteuning voor een periode van 1 jaar. De diensten waren bedoeld om de APPIAN-platformactiviteiten van het INAMI te ondersteunen, inclusief het aanpassen van het licentievolume en het bieden van expertise voor probleemoplossing en incidentbeheer.

L’INAMI utilise la plateforme APPIAN pour exécuter différentes applications nécessaires à l’accomplissement de ses missions. Le présent marché vise à assurer les moyens nécessaires à l’utilisation de cette plateforme ainsi que l’appui spécialisé requis. Ainsi, le présent marché a pour objet : • la fourniture de licences logicielles APPIAN, nécessaires à l’accès et à l’utilisation des applications de l’INAMI, étant entendu que le pouvoir adjudicateur doit pouvoir, en cours d’exécution du marché, renouveler et adapter le volume de licences (augmentation ou diminution) en fonction de l’évolution des besoins ; • la prestation de services de consultance informatique régulière, visant à apporter une expertise APPIAN aux équipes de l’INAMI, notamment pour l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes techniques ou fonctionnels liés à la plateforme et aux applications ; • la prestation de services de support informatique spécialisée d’urgence, visant la prise en charge d’incidents ou de dysfonctionnements de la plateforme APPIAN nécessitant une intervention rapide et spécialisée.
