Description
The economic operator declares that it is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17 June 2016. Article 70 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement applies. For the exclusion grounds referred to in Article 67 of the law, the candidate or tenderer shall spontaneously indicate whether he has taken the corrective measures referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 70 at the beginning of the procedure.
Documentation Requirement
The DUME (European Single Procurement Document) must be completed. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept a document older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of applications and to invite candidates to provide any missing documents. There are two ways to correctly complete the DUME: either by using the PDF file that you print and complete by hand; or by using the XML file that you fill in online. If you opt for the XML file, you will find the procedure below: • Go to the following link https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd?lang=fr • Choose the French language • To the question who are you, answer "I am an economic operator" • To the question what action do you want to perform, import a DUME via the XML file that you have downloaded beforehand via the enotification link included in this contract notice • Once the XML file has been imported, complete the entire DUME. • Once the DUME document has been duly completed, download, print and attach the document to your application file.
