    Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) needs MEP Led Consultancy Services for Apprenticeship Expansion at Linenhall (City Campus), Premier House and TDC (Tallaght Campus), Block D (Blanchardstown Campus) for 1 year, with a maximum total value of 280,000 EUR. The services include comprehensive MEP led consultancy services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, Fire, QS, PSDP and Structural) to assess existing facilities, design appropriate services infrastructure, and support the successful delivery of refurbishment and fit-out works. The consultant will work in conjunction with contractors procured under the Construction Works Management Framework (CWMF).
