Az Országos Bírósági Hivatal teljes körű műszaki üzemeltetési és karbantartási szolgáltatásokat igényel a MIA épületére Budapesten, 3 évre. A szolgáltatások magukban foglalják az épület építészeti, gépészeti, elektromos, tűzvédelmi, felvonó, konyhatechnológiai, biztonságtechnikai, belsőépítészeti rendszereinek, valamint a zöldterületek tervszerű megelőző karbantartását, hibaelhárítását és eseti munkáit. Az elbírálás során a minőség (10%) és az ár (90%) a döntő. A pályázóknak igazolniuk kell, hogy az elmúlt három lezárt üzleti évben legalább nettó 140 000 000 HUF árbevétellel rendelkeztek épületüzemeltetési szolgáltatásokból, továbbá az elmúlt 36 hónapban legalább 4000 m2-re vonatkozó épületüzemeltetési referenciával kell rendelkezniük. Szakmai alkalmasság tekintetében legalább egy épületgépész technikus, egy központi fűtés- és gázhálózat szerelő, egy vízszerelő és egy hűtőberendezés szerelő szakemberrel kell rendelkezniük, mindegyiknek legalább 3 éves gyakorlattal.

The tenderer is unsuitable if, in the three financial years preceding the publication of the tender notice, the total turnover from the subject of the public procurement (building operation service), calculated without VAT, did not reach HUF 140,000,000.
Documentation Requirement
The tenderer - and, where applicable, the capacity-providing entity - must attach the European Single Procurement Document, in which the contracting authority accepts the simple declaration of the tenderer - and, where applicable, the capacity-providing entity - contained in the Document (by filling in Section IV α) for the preliminary verification of the suitability requirements.
