    Norce Research AS has entered into an agreement with Blue Scientific Ltd for the delivery of a Micro X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectrometer for element analysis in various materials, including composition, element distribution, and layer analysis on even or uneven surfaces. The instrument, primarily for characterizing rare earth elements in urban mining and sensing applications, will be delivered to Jon Lilletuns vei 9 H, 3. et, 4879 Grimstad, Norway. The contract has a duration of 24 months and a total value of 4,500,000 NOK. Three bids were received for this contract.

    About the bid

      The purpose of this procurement is to purchase a Micro X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectrometer for element analysis in various materials; composition, element distribution, layer analysis; even or uneven surfaces. The instrument will mainly be used for characterization of rare earth elements in urban mining perception and sensing applications.       Norwegian Suppliers: Company registration certificate. Foreign companies: Confirmation that the Supplier is registered in a trade register or a register of business enterprise in accordance with the laws of the State where the Supplier is established.

      Documentation Requirement

The certificates must not be older than 6 (six) months calculated from the expiry of the submission deadline. Foreign Suppliers: Formal certificate issued by the corresponding authorities in Supplier’s home country documenting payment of tax and value added tax.
