Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne Spółka Akcyjna potrzebuje zaprojektowania, wyprodukowania lub zakupu, dostarczenia oraz montażu autotransformatorów (AT) na stanowiskach docelowego przeznaczenia, zlokalizowanych na terenach stacji Zamawiającego w Warszawie, na okres 72 miesięcy. Zamówienie obejmuje również uruchomienie i konfigurację wszelkich urządzeń monitoringu. Kryteria oceny ofert to cena (86%), wartość strat (6%), izolatory o obniżonych wartościach wyładowań niezupełnych (2%), autotransformator o obniżonych wartościach wyładowań niezupełnych (4%) oraz zastosowany olej transformatorowy (2%). Wymagania kwalifikacyjne obejmują osiągnięcie obrotu w wysokości co najmniej 1 450 000,00 EUR w ciągu ostatniego roku obrotowego, zrealizowanie w ciągu ostatnich 10 lat dostawy wraz z montażem co najmniej jednego trójfazowego transformatora lub autotransformatora o mocy znamionowej co najmniej 150 MVA, napięciu górnym co najmniej 220 kV i dolnym co najmniej 110 kV, z podobciążeniową regulacją napięcia ze stałym strumieniem (CFVV) o zakresie regulacji min. +/- 10% w co najmniej +/- 10 stopni oraz układem chłodzenia ONAN lub ONAN/ONAF, wykonanej dla Operatorów Sieci Przesyłowej (TSO) na obszarze ENTSO-E. Wykonawca musi również dysponować projektantem, który w ciągu ostatnich 10 lat wykonał co najmniej jeden projekt transformatora lub autotransformatora o mocy minimum 160 MVA na napięcie minimum 220 kV, oraz dwoma nadzorującymi, którzy w ciągu ostatnich 10 lat nadzorowali co najmniej jeden montaż wraz z wykonaniem prób pomontażowych i rozruchowych transformatora lub autotransformatora o mocy minimum 150 MVA na napięcie minimum 220 kV. Ponadto, wymagane jest posiadanie wdrożonych systemów zarządzania jakością (ISO 9001 lub równoważny), zarządzania środowiskowego (ISO 14001 lub równoważny) oraz zapewnienia jakości przy spawaniu materiałów metalowych (ISO 3834-2 lub ISO 3834-3 lub równoważny).
