The subject of this contract is the monitoring and evaluation of the progress and impact of the digital offer "InfoMigrants", in collaboration with FMM, DW and ANSA. The services are defined in the technical clauses document. / L'objet du présent contrat est le suivi et l'évaluation de l'avancement et de l'impact de l'offre numérique "InfoMigrants", en collaboration entre FMM, DW et ANSA. Les services sont définis dans le CCT.Main features of the procedureThe present procedure is launched according to an adapted procedure in application of Articles L.2123-1 and R.2123-1 1° of the French public procurement code. FMM reserves the right to initiate or not to initiate hearings/negotiations by videoconference or meeting(s) at its premises with the two best offers ranked according to the said criteria and reaching at least 30 out of 50 on criterion 2. Criteria are stated in the RC and price is not the only criterion. // La présente procédure est lancée selon une procédure adaptée en application des articles L.2123-1 et R.2123-1 1° du code de la commande publique. FMM se réserve le droit d'engager ou non des auditions/négociations par vidéoconférence ou réunion(s) dans ses locaux avec les deux meilleures offres classées selon les critères prévus et ayant obtenu au moins 30 sur 50 au critère 2. Les critères sont indiqués dans le RC, le critère prix n'est pas le seul critère.
