    • The Natural Resources Institute Finland is preparing a procurement for monitoring collars for Wild Forest Reindeer (Rangifer tarandus fennicus). The procurement also includes an Iridium communications and the provision of data derived from the monitoring collars and support and repair services. The estimated number of monitoring collars to be purchased is 30, with a optional procurement of 32 during the contract period. GENERAL Please note that this is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, and therefore does not bind or obligate the parties to anything. Hansel Oy acts in a consultative role in this procurement. REGISTRATION Companies interested in this upcoming procurement are requested to provide their contact information by e-mail by December 12th, 2025 to kilpailutus@hansel.fi and subject the email message: "LUKE: Wild Forest Reindeer monitoring collars with services". MARKET DIALOGUE The procurement unit may send questions and draft tender materials to companies that have registered for the market dialogue for a written comment round.       Satellite Orthoimages in Finland 2027

      The National Land Survey of Finland is planning the procurement of satellite orthoimages covering areas in Finland for 2027, to be delivered as fully processed, GIS-ready images with a maximum resolution of 0.5m. Suppliers can provide feedback and input by registering their contact details via email to kilpailutus@hansel.fi, using the subject line “NLS: Satellite Orthomosaics in Finland”, to participate in a written commenting period on draft materials. Airbus Defence and Space SAS and PHOTOMAP S.R.O. currently hold a similar contract for 2026.
