    • Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyysi tarjouksia Motion capture system:stä. Tarjouksia ei saatu ja hankinta on keskeytetty.Main features of the procedureThe contracting entity shall treat tenderers and other suppliers equally and without discrimination and shall act in a transparent and proportionate manner. In this procurement 96 § of the Procurement Act will apply. Section describes how to process offers that are exceptionally low. Procurement procedure The invitation to tender is published openly in the HILMA notification channel and is open for a period deemed reasonable. The procedure is electronic in all its aspects. During the offer period, it is possible to ask additional information questions for a limited time via the electronic platform (tarjouspalvelu.fi/jns). After the offer period, the offers will be opened and compared. The contracting entity may ask the tenderer to supply, add, clarify or supplement any incomplete or incorrect information and documents within a specified period. Bids that do not respond to the call for tenders will be excluded from the comparison. If all or part of the tenders received are ineligible or ineligible, a negotiation such as the negotiated procedure above the EU threshold may be initiated. A decision will be made on the acquisition. The decision shall state the choice and the reasons for the choice.

      Kajaanin ammattikorkeakoulu Oy hankkii Kainuuseen enintään 100 000 euron arvoisen 3D-mittaus- ja skannausjärjestelmän, joka sisältää kannettavan 3D-käsiskannerin, mittakäsivarren sekä tarvittavat ohjelmistot, koulutuksen ja tukipalvelut. Järjestelmä tulee opetus-, tutkimus- ja yritysyhteistyökäyttöön, ja sen on sovelluttava 3D-digitalisointiin, mittaukseen, laadunvarmistukseen, tarkastusmittauksiin ja reverse engineering -tehtäviin; käyttöönotto on tehtävä viimeistään keväällä 2027. Tarjouksia arvioidaan kokonaishinnan (25 %), mittaustarkkuuden ja standardienmukaisuuden (20 %), skannerin ja mittakäsivarren teknisten ominaisuuksien (15 % kumpikin), oppimateriaalien, koulutuksen ja tuen (10 %) sekä yhteensopivuuden ja laajennettavuuden (15 %) perusteella.

      HUS-yhtymä suunnittelee markkerittoman liikeanalyysiratkaisun hankintaa, joka voidaan integroida nykyiseen Vicon-pohjaiseen 3D-liikeanalyysiympäristöön kliiniseen käyttöön ja tutkimukseen. Ratkaisun tulee olla yhteensopiva Vicon-järjestelmän kanssa, ja sen tulee tuottaa laadukasta ja tarkkaa dataa.
