    Health Service Executive (HSE) needs design team services for a multi-party framework agreement for Acute Healthcare Capital Works projects valued between €1M and €15M (excluding VAT) within the HSE North East Area. The framework will cover various design team disciplines, including Architect (with specialists like Planner, PSDP, Fire Safety Consultant, BIM Information Manager), Quantity Surveyor, Building Services Engineer, Civil/Structural Engineer, Employers Representative, Energy Efficient Design Facilitator, and Assigned Certifier. The initial project under this framework will be the relocation of Hospital Stores and construction of a New Minor Injuries Department at Our Lady’s Hospital Navan, Co Meath.

      MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HSE DESIGN TEAM SERVICES FRAMEWORK 2025 – FRAMEWORK 02: ACUTE HEALTHCARE CAPITAL WORKS – PROJECT VALUE €1M -€15M EXCL. VAT. This framework will include the following design team disciplines (Lots): Lot 1: Architect (AR) as Principal Service Provider with the following Specialists domestic sub-consultants, or in-house specialisms: a. Planner (PL) b. Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP). c. Fire Safety Consultant (FSC). d. BIM Information manager. ( BIM). Lot 2: Quantity Surveyor (QS), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 3: Building Services Engineer (M+E), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 4: Civil / Structural Engineer (C+S) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 5: Employers Representative ( ER). Lot 6. Energy Efficient Design Facilitator ( EEDF). Lot 7 : Assigned Certifier ( AC). The Health Services Executive (HSE) invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified services providers for the provision of design team services (including Specialist Skills Providers) per the above Lot listing for which it is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for each Lot type to award call-off contracts for Acute Healthcare Capital Works – project value €1M-€15M excl. VAT within HSE North East Area. Please note that the initial project forming framework 02 for this regional Louth, Meath, Cavan, Monaghan North East area will be: OLH Navan Relocation of Hospital Stores and Construction of New Minor Injuries Department at Our Lady’s Hospital Navan as part of the HSE Design Team Framework for Acute Healthcare Capital works Projects-Project Value € 1M- €15M excluding vat at Our Lady’s Hospital Navan, Co Meath.
