The Health Service Executive (HSE) has entered into a multi-party framework agreement with PUNCH Consulting Engineers, AtkinsRéalis_10323, Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, Michael Slattery Associates, Maurice Johnson and Partners, Tetra Tech Ireland Limited, AECOM Ireland Limited_15958, BTY Ireland Ltd., KSN Project Management, Varming Consulting Engineers Ltd., Scott Tallon Walker Architects_50999, Pascall+Watson, Troup Bywaters and Anders, GARLAND, Mulcahy McDonagh and Partners Ltd._19889, i3PT Certification Association_95120, Van Dijk Architects_29337, Hayes Higgins Partnership, Semple and McKillop Ltd_50796, O'Connor Sutton Cronin_19870, IN2 Design Partnership Ltd_95680, WH Stephens, Kennedy FitzGerald Architects, McCauley Daye O'Connell Architects, HLCE Limited, and TJ O'Connor and Associates, Isherwood and Ellis_95501 for the provision of design team services for Acute Healthcare Capital Works projects with a value between €15M and €60M excluding VAT. These services, including architectural, quantity surveying, building services engineering, civil/structural engineering, fire safety consultancy, project supervisor design process, employer representative, energy efficient design facilitator, and assigned certifier roles, will be delivered in the HSE North East Area over a period of 48 months, with an estimated maximum total contract value of 600 million EUR. The initial project under this framework will be the Cavan/Monaghan Acute Psychiatric Admissions Unit at Cavan General Hospital. Seven bids were received for this contract.

  • MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HSE DESIGN TEAM SERVICES FRAMEWORK 2024 – FRAMEWORK 04: ACUTE HEALTHCARE CAPITAL WORKS – PROJECT VALUE €15M -€60M EXCL. VAT. This framework will include the following design team disciplines (Lots): Lot 1: Architect(AR) as Principal Service Provider with the following Specialists domestic sub-consultants, or in-house specialisms: a. Planner (PL), b. BIM Information Manager(BIM). Lot 2: Quantity Surveyor (QS), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 3: Building Services Engineer (M+E), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 4: Civil / Structural Engineer (C+S)as Principal Service Provider. Lot 5: Fire Safety Consultancy (FSC)) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 6 : Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP)as Principal Service Provider. Lot 7 : Employer Representative (ER) as Principal Service Provider. Lot 8: Energy Efficient Design Facilitator (EEDF), as Principal Service Provider. Lot 9: Assigned Certifier (AC), as Principal Service Provider . The Health Services Executive (HSE) invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified services providers for the provision of design team services (including Specialist Skills Providers) per the above Lot listing for which it is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for each Lot type to award call-off contracts for Acute Healthcare Capital Works – project value €15M-€60M excl. VAT within HSE North East Area. Please note that the INITIAL project forming Framework 04 for this regional, Louth Meath Cavan Monaghan NE Area will be: Cavan/Monaghan Acute Psychiatric Admissions Unit as part of the HSE Design Team Framework for Acute Healthcare Capital works Projects-Project Value € 15M- €60M excluding vat at Cavan General Hospital Cavan Co Cavan.
