    Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) has entered into a multi-supplier framework agreement with Tolmac Construction Ltd, Linham Limited, Moston Construction, McDBS Ltd t/a McDermott Building Services, McKeon Contech Ltd. t/a McKeon Group and Hereworks, and Marron Brothers Limited for public works contracts for minor building and civil engineering works. The agreement, with a maximum total estimated value of 6,000,000 EUR and a duration of 4 years, covers works on TU Dublin Campuses: City Campus, Tallaght Campus and Blanchardstown Campus. The works are divided into two lots: Lot 1 for works from €0.00 to €250,000, including glazing, flooring, carpentry, locksmith, painting, roofing, and minor refurbishments; and Lot 2 for works from €250,000 to €1,000,000, including general building works for refurbishments, extensions, demolitions, alterations to existing structures, and repair and refurbishment of existing buildings. Mechanical and Electrical and similar specialist works may also be included.

Lot 2 works from €250,000 to €1,000,000 which will be run under mini competitions The works will be carried out on TU Dublin Campuses: City Campus, Tallaght Campus and Blanchardstown Campus. Candidates can apply for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. Lot 1 Works Framework may include, but is not limited to: Glazing Works, Flooring Works, Carpentry, Locksmith, Painting, Roofing, Minor Refurbishments Lot 2 Works Framework may include, but is not limited to: General Building Works for refurbishments, Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to Existing Structures Repair and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings. Mechanical and Electrical and Similar Specialist Works may be included or may be contracted for separately by the Contracting Authority.
