VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd tarvitsee monikäyttöisen teollisuus-/puolustusluokan miehittämättömän moniroottorijärjestelmän, joka toimii modulaarisena hyötykuormankantajana ja tukee integrointia erilaisiin anturi-, kamera-, gimbaali- ja radiokokoonpanoihin. Laitteiston tulee soveltua vaativiin olosuhteisiin ja sisältää vähintään miehittämättömän ilma-aluksen, maavalvontajärjestelmän, energiajärjestelmän, kuljetusratkaisun ja niihin liittyvät tukikomponentit. Järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa vakaa toiminta ulkoisten hyötykuormien kanssa ja myöhempi mukauttaminen vaihtoehtoisiin hyötykuorma- ja viestintäkokoonpanoihin. Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo on enintään 140 000 euroa ja sopimuksen kesto on 2 vuotta. VTT valitsee yhden ensisijaisen ja yhden varatoimittajan. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan (55 %) ja laadun (45 %) perusteella.

The object of the tender process is an industrial/defence-grade unmanned multirotor aircraft system designed to operate as a modular payload carrier and to support integration with various sensor, camera, gimbal and radio configurations. The Equipment shall be suitable for operation in demanding environments and shall include, at minimum, the unmanned aircraft, ground control system, energy system, transport solution and related support components. The system shall enable stable operation with external payloads and shall allow later adaptation to alternative payload and communication configurations. VTT will select one primary supplier and one reserve supplier. The reserve supplier may be engaged if the primary supplier is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations. The object of the tender process is described in more detail in the invitation to tender documents.Main features of the procedureThe tender process is based on the open procedure applicable to contracts that exceed the national procurement threshold.
