Brief

Klinika za ortopediju Lovran sklopila je okvirni sporazum s tvrtkama MEDIKA d.d., Arthrex Adria d.o.o., MARKOMED d.o.o. i Instrumentaria d.d. za isporuku ugradbenog materijala za ortopediju i ortopedskih implantata zdravstvenim ustanovama u Hrvatskoj, uz lokaciju isporuke u Primorsko-goranskoj županiji. Maksimalna ukupna vrijednost sporazuma iznosi 44.204.521 eura, a konačna vrijednost dodijeljenog ugovora 79.876 eura. Ponude su ocjenjivane prema cijeni (90%) i roku isporuke (10%), a u postupku su sudjelovala dva ponuditelja.

S obzirom da je kriteriju roka isporuke dodijeljen relativni ponder 10%, maksimalan broj bodova koji se može dodijeliti ponudi za ovaj kriterij je 10 bodova. Ponuditelj mora u ponudi navesti duljinu roka isporuke kojega nudi. Ponuđena duljina roka isporuke treba biti izražena u radnim danima, u cijelom broju, bez decimala.
