Metro Warszawskie Sp. z o.o. potrzebuje na 3 lata najmu i obsługi w Warszawie systemu wydruku obejmującego 35 nowych kolorowych urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych A3, w tym jednego z finiszerem, oraz 6 urządzeń A4, wraz z oprogramowaniem systemowym i serwisem. Wykonawca musi zapewnić przez cały okres umowy co najmniej 2 osoby skierowane do opieki serwisowej, posiadające aktualne imienne certyfikaty producenta wynajmowanych urządzeń, oraz zatrudniać konserwatorów na umowę o pracę. Oferty będą oceniane według ceny (60%), czasu nagrzewania urządzeń A3 (20%) i A4 (5%) oraz wydajności czarnego tonera w urządzeniach A3 (10%) i A4 (5%).

Qualification requirements
Description
The contractor must demonstrate that they have and/or will have, for the entire duration of the contract, at least 2 persons who will be assigned to service care for the devices covered by the contract, and who hold current, named certificates issued by the manufacturer of the leased devices as of the date of submitting bids.
Documentation Requirement
To confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, described in 9.1.4 SWZ, the Contractor is obliged to submit a list of persons available/to be available to the Contractor, who will be assigned by the Contractor to service care for the devices covered by the contract, along with an indication of the basis for having these persons (in accordance with the content of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) and a statement from the Contractor ensuring the continuity of personnel holding the required certificates throughout the entire period of the contract.

1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest najem i obsługa systemu wydruku za pomocą urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych. 2. Przedmiot Zamówienia obejmuje najem i obsługę wraz z oprogramowaniem zapewniającym funkcjonalność systemu dwóch grup urządzeń, tj.: 1) Grupa A3 obejmująca najem i obsługę: - 34 nowych, kolorowych urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych formatu A3, - 1 nowego, kolorowego urządzenia wielofunkcyjnego formatu A3 z finiszerem, 2) Grupa A4 obejmująca najem i obsługę 6 nowych, kolorowych urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych formatu A4. 3. Przedmiot Zamówienia zostanie zrealizowany zgodnie z dokumentacją postępowania, tj.: niniejszą SWZ i jej załącznikami, w szczególności w zakresie i zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w Specyfikacji Technicznej (stanowiącej załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - dalej „ST”) wraz z załącznikiem nr 1 oraz we Wzorze Umowy (stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ). 4. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, wymaga zatrudnienia, na podstawie umowy o pracę w rozumieniu przepisów ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks pracy (tj. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 277 z późn. zm.), przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę, konserwatorów, którzy zostaną oddelegowani do opieki serwisowej urządzeń objętych zamówieniem w całym okresie obowiązywania umowy. Zasady weryfikacji przez Zamawiającego tego warunku oraz sankcje z tytułu niespełnienia tych wymagań określa Wzór Umowy.
