    Brief

    Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) seeks national consultants to support its cooperation with Ukrainian government partners, through three service lots: data analysis for veteran policy monitoring, strategic analysis of veteran reintegration, and coordination and development of the Human Capital Resilience Charter. Suppliers may bid for one, two or all three lots. The maximum total contract value is €500,000; the announcement does not specify the contract duration or delivery locations beyond the work’s focus on Ukraine. FBA has previously awarded a framework agreement for consultancy support to its work in Ukraine to multiple suppliers, including Ramboll Management Consulting AB, Tana Copenhagen ApS and others.
